This feature allows configuration of the Loc8 system to prevent edits for certain user groups based on the status of the job. Please note that Job Statuses will continue to be selectable for read only jobs unless defined by Job Workflows, which can be found here.
Configure Edit Restriction
First, navigate to the Job Settings area and select "Lifecycle" from the Job Settings Menu.
Next, select the Status you wish to configure by expanding the corresponding lifecycle and then clicking edit. Please note that System Lifecycles cannot be changed or edited.
You can then add read only user groups to the selected status.
Once you add the user groups and click save, users belonging to that user group will not be able to change anything on jobs of that status outside of changing the job status as configured in Job Workflows here.
