New features

Project financials

  • A summary of aggregate charges from associated jobs is now available on the project inspector

  • A budget field has also been introduced to accompany the job financials

Improvements

  • All customers in the customer workspace are now treated as one type, rather than differentiating between Company and Individual

    • For compatibility, when inspecting a customer they still retain the distinction

    • This change builds on our May release, where we removed the option to choose the customer type, and paves the way for better visibility of all contacts across the system

  • A region filter is now available when managing maintenance schedule locations

  • When importing tasks against new or existing jobs, the charge values reflect the charge template preferences applicable for each respective job

  • Tags are now available via the attachment explorer endpoint for use in 3rd party business intelligence tools

  • Several major performance improvements have been rolled out across our public and private cloud stacks that should result in snappier performance across the board

  • Performance improvements when performing bulk job edits

  • Performance improvements to automation rule execution

  • Minor UI improvements

Bug fixes

  • An issue that prevented the Critical Infrastructure and Statutory Maintenance fields from being updated during asset imports has been resolved

  • An issue that occasionally stripped the Status column from workspace views has been resolved

  • An issue that occasionally caused quote and job task and labour items to be added as zero cost / charge items has been resolved. We believed this issue had been resolved in a prior release, however there were some cases that hadn't been identified.

  • An issue in the job calendar workspace has been resolved, where the full list of assignees wouldn't always load when navigating multiple pages of assignees

  • An issue affecting job and quote custom fields has been resolved, where new custom fields added to existing field groups weren't appearing on new jobs or quotes.

    • Please note, this change will only apply to jobs or quote created after this release

  • An issue that occasionally prevented default workforce assignment to new jobs generated via maintenance schedules has been resolved

  • An issue that occasionally caused new jobs generated via maintenance schedule to be created with 0 value tasks has been resolved

  • An issue that prevented activation emails from being sent to new contractor portal users and technicians has been resolved

  • An issue that prevented entity correspondence notifications from firing has been resolved

  • An issue that caused new accounts to display USD instead of the selected currency has been resolved
