New features

  • A maintenance schedule location importer has been introduced which supports

    • Creating, updating and deleting maintenance schedule locations, including setting

      • Location

      • Location activation status

      • Location reference

      • Location start date

      • Schedule reference

      • Job priority

      • Job charge template

      • Job approval limit

      • Job assignee

    • Examples are provided in the maintenance schedule location importer sample csv template

  • The customer importer has been extended to support

    • Creating, updating and dismissing site safety warnings

    • Examples are provided in the customer importer sample csv template

  • The invoice Issued date field can now be automatically populated when an invoice is sent

    • Auto-population needs to be enabled in the invoice settings area

    • Auto-population will only apply if the field was empty when the invoice was sent

    • Auto-population of the Due date field, when configured to populate from the Issued date, will also take this new behaviour into consideration

  • A new automation rule action has been added to facilitate copying custom field data from sites to associated jobs

    • The custom field on the site and on the job must both be of the same type

    • Values are only copied to the job when the site is updated

    • Any existing values on the job will be overridden

    • If the job doesn't have a corresponding field, then the rule will silently fail

Improvements

  • A State (Address) field and column has been added to the job, quote and asset workspaces

  • The asset inspector > asset type information tooltip now includes the asset type reference field

Bug fixes

  • When bulk scheduling job appointments with active workforce assignments, a warning is displayed stating "Incomplete workforce assignments will be carried forward to the new appointments.", however there was an underlying issue that sometimes prevented the workforce assignments occurring. This issue has now been resolved.

  • An issue that prevented all contacts from displaying on the customer inspector > contacts tab has been resolved

  • An issue that caused the job inspector > project information tooltip from displaying in an incorrect position has been resolved

  • An issue that was causing an error to display when modifying a customer portal email / username has been resolved

  • An issue that was occasionally causing an error when enabling or disabling a customer portal has been resolved

  • An issue that was occasionally preventing CSV exports from generating has been resolved

  • An issue that was occasionally causing an error when importing assets has been resolved

  • An issue that was occasionally causing an error when editing asset custom fields has been resolved

  • An issue that was occasionally causing an error when editing customer fields has been resolved

  • Performance and stability improvements when running imports

  • General platform performance and stability improvements

  • Minor UI and layout fixes
