New features

  • Custom fields across all entities can now be configured to deny users and technicians the ability to make changes / edits

    • For example, whilst the workforce 'User' group of 'Standard' can typically edit all job custom fields, it is now possible to deny their ability to edit specific custom fields when configuring field groups

    • This functionality extends the existing ability to grant permission to user groups who ordinarily cannot edit custom fields

    • This functionality also supports custom user groups

  • When inspecting a project, it's now possible to 'Explore' the job list in the full job workspace in order to leverage filtering, custom columns and so on

  • The job workspace supports bulk job to project association

Improvements

  • Several asset date fields are now editable in the asset inspector, including

    • Disposed

    • First commissioned

    • First decommissioned

    • First operational

  • The asset type filter now displays types in a tree rather than a flat list

  • Job document templates can now support the display of asset serial number on tasks. Please contact us if you wish to enable this on your templates

  • Performance and stability improvements

Bug fixes

  • An issue that was preventing changes to business hours has been resolved

  • An issue that disabled the 'View in inspector' link in the asset workspace > navigate mode has been resolved

  • An issue that occasionally affected problem creation via automation rules has been resolved

  • Minor UI and layout fixes
