Stability improvements

Under the hood improvements have been made across the Loc8 platform to improve several stability issues that have been sporadically impacting our customers when systems are under high load.

Minor improvements and bug fixes

  • When users are enabled or disabled a history record of the event is now displayed in the history tab

  • If all completed tasks, on-site time logs, travel logs, and inventory items recorded against a job are $0 value items (i.e. there are no chargeable items), the job will no longer be marked as ready to invoice

  • An issue that was preventing users from deleting some sites has been resolved

  • An issue that prevented multi-day jobs from appearing in the job calendar has ben resolved

  • An issue that prevented some contractors from being assigned to preventative maintenance schedules has been resolved

  • An issue that activated preventative maintenance schedules during event recalculation has been resolved

  • An issue that prevented the 'Notify customer when appointment is scheduled' notification from firing has been resolved

  • Several uncommon errors have been resolved that were caused by viewing list fields with deleted items

  • An issue that prevented SMS messages from sending to multiple technicians has been resolved

  • An issue that prevented 'Copy private link' action success has been resolved

  • An issue that caused some assets to be imported without an ID value has been resolved

  • An issue that caused empty technicians reports has been resolved

  • An issue that prevented task and sub task libraries exporting has been resolved

  • An issue that prevented the display of time in technician and project exports has been resolved

  • An issue that prevented sites from being included in exports has been resolved

  • Several text localisation issues have been resolved
