Release notes - 11th June 2026

This release improves day-to-day job management by making assignment, automation, visit scheduling, and activity moves more flexible. Users can more easily find the right person for work, automate common assignment decisions, capture required visit information during scheduling, and move activities with clearer warnings when a move may affect related job data.

New and improved

Automated/Assisted Dispatch and Assign*

- Added smarter assignment matching using regions, trades, job priority, and job type.

- Added automation support for assigning jobs and updating job ownership when there is a single clear user match.

- Added a more flexible activity move workflow with clearer warnings for moves that may affect related job data.

Improvement to Visits

- Improved visit scheduling so required comments or photos can be captured when visits are created or rescheduled.

Bug Fixes

- Fixed an issue where activity change history columns did not match the data shown.

- Fixed an issue where the customer list layout was broken in custom reports.

- Fixed an issue where agenda tiles displayed the wrong colour after visit or job status changes.

- Fixed issues with uploading and viewing MP4 attachments.

- Fixed an issue where the Attention filter callout on invoices did not show selected values.

- Fixed an issue where activities created through asset inspector were not rendered correctly.

- Fixed an issue where the "No charge" template was not saved correctly on new jobs.

- Fixed an error that occurred when deleting a job.

- Fixed an error that occurred when toggling between Current and Planned Jobs on assets.
