Logging in for the first time
Once you have downloaded the Loc8 - Field Service mobile app from either the Apple Appstore or Google Play, first step is to login.
To do this, you can use the same account details as you use on the Browser version of Loc8. If you do not yet have an account set-up, please speak to your system owner.
Login Screen
When you first open up the Loc8 application, you will get the Login Screen:

Simply enter in your username (email address associated with your Loc8 account) and password, then click the LOGIN button.
If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the "Forgot password?" link and that will send you a password reset email address. Follow the prompts in the email to reset your password. Once you have reset your password successfully, you can return to the app to login.
Basic Login/O-Auth Login
By Default, Loc8 will automatically recognise the server that your user account is setup on using O-Auth. However, if you have accounts on multiple systems or if there are issues with the O-Auth service, you can manually enter the server address of your Loc8 system.
To do this, click on the "?" icon in the top right hand corner of the Login screen. You will then be presented with a "Basic Login" option:
Click on "Use basic login" and a server address field will appear below the email and password fields:

You can then populate the server address with the correct server address for your Loc8 system. If you don't know what that is, please speak to your Loc8 system administrator.
