Improvements

Activities have been improved with the following

  • Creating an activity has been separated into two flows

    • "Create activity", which allows for inline create, including the ability to pre-fill the create form with an activity library item

    • "Activity from library", which allows for quick selection of one or more activity library items, with subsequent selection of one or more assets

  • New fields have been added

    • Trades can be associated

    • Estimated time has been added

  • Editing the completion details of an activity has been added, including

    • Edit the completed by, and the completed date

  • Inline editing of activity result details including financials has been added

  • Scrapped assets are no longer included in the list of available assets when adding activities

  • General UI improvements

Other improvements

  • The page size / preferred number of rows in major workspaces such as the job workspace is now persisted

  • Job trades are now exported as name values instead of UUIDs

Bug fixes

  • Paging using the asset navigate view has been fixed

  • An issue that prevented the project UI from updating when a job was linked has been resolved

  • An error that would occasionally display when opening projects has been resolved

  • An issue that prevented company details from saving when updated has been resolved

  • An issue that prevented inventory deletion from a job has been resolved

  • An issue that prevented the removal of sub-task list result items has been resolved

  • An issue that always reverted a list of job activities to the first page on edit has been resolved

  • An issue that prevented searching attachment custom fields has been resolved

  • An issue that prevented the workforce assignable flag from saving on update has been resolved

  • Several minor issues affecting button availability and layout for contractors has been resolved
