View only the relevant set of data for a restricted list of customers by applying filters and get a tailored view which you can further organise in a preferred logical order, using sorting, such as organising them in order of their creation date. Once you have set your view to your liking, save it as a Quickview, this way you can always go back to the view with the applied filter any time you need in future and also make it available to your team.

Filter the list of Customers

Go to the Customers workspace.

Apply the Type filter to narrow down the customer types you are viewing.

The Type filter displays only the selected customer type as shown below. If you want to go back to viewing all the customers again, just clear the filter.

You can further organise the records using the sort criteria.

Sort the List of Customers

In this example, all your customers will be sorted by when they were last updated.
