With the number of jobs growing quickly, the best way to handle them is through viewing multiple perspectives, each one giving you that specific information you need to analyse a job. The default and most familiar view being the list view. See some other modes you can view job while in context of that inof viewing jobs as explained below.

View jobs on a map

This gives you a spatial view of all your jobs spread across a region. You can perform all the actions you would normally on a list of jobs and on one or multiple jobs while in this mode.

STEP 1 Go to the Jobs tab, and select Map from the top right corner.

STEP 2 Click a Job cluster, and view the jobs in those clusters.

View jobs in a calendar

This view presents you the schedule of your team members across a period of time, such as monthly, weekly (including work week), daily or on a particular day in a calendar. You can make best use of this view when planning on the next appointment or rescheduling an appointment.

STEP 1 Go to the Jobs tab, and select Calendar from the top right corner.

STEP 2 Click on one of the appointments on the calendar and access the job.

Also, the calendar view gives you the advantage of browsing through a list of unscheduled jobs so you can quickly pick and schedule the next job right from here.

View jobs associated with customer

With customer-focussed job view, you are able to guage and identify jobs needs for the customer and instantly action jobs from this view, such as creating new jobs or making quick changes to the job if required such as updating the location, setting the appointment or assigning it to your team.

STEP 1 Go to the Customers tab. Select the customer and expand the inspector to view jobs under this customer. 

STEP 2 In the Jobs tab within the Customer inspector, you will see a list of jobs. You can make quick edits right here, such as create a new job, update the subject and location, set the appointment or assign it to your team. 

View jobs associated with assets/sites

The ability to view jobs alongside assets and sites is very useful in observing the works requests and service pattern required on the assets, based on which you can further plan maintenance schedules and allocate inventory and workforce.

STEP 1 Go to the Assets tab to select the customer and expand the inspector to view jobs under this customer.

STEP 2 In the Jobs tab within the Asset inspector, you will see a list of jobs. You can make quick edits right here, such as create a new job, update the subject set the appointment or assign it to your team. 

View jobs associated with quotes

Jobs created from quotes can be accessed directly from the Quotes inspector through a quick access link. This makes it easy for you to reference between quote and job workspaces. 

Go to the Quotes tab to select the required quote. The link fiew job details. When done, you can come back to the quotes using link that takes you back to its associated quote.
